Defining

Subject and project scope is clarified. Current situation is analyzed. In accordance with the expectations and needs of our customers, project deliverables are clarified. Aggrements with our customer is reached by deciding how results will be achieved and by appliying which business model, solution and strategies in how much times?

Planning

Work breakdown and time planning is devised. Critical milestones and risk- action assessment are determined. Project Management Kit is prepared. People, Technology, Information and Financial resources are distributed for the realization of project.. Authorities and responsibilities are clarified.

Designing

Business & Solution Model, processes and operations is schemed in a detailed way. Simulation and modelling of new solutions is carried out. «To-Be» design of the «as-is» processes are determined and developed as a result of simulation process.

Executing

In the execution phase all resource and processes are extensively controlled to understand everyting is in place. Processes, systems and solutions are carried out as flawless as they should be by providing on-time prompt responses.

Monitoring

All sytems and solutions are check in a different perspectives and required actions and deldevelopment to improve are taken. All systems, solutions and deliverables are reviewed to ensure their appropriateness to objectives of the projects. Improvement potentials and opportunities are determined.

Improving

Gained data are analysed, vulnerabilities and improvement potentials are revealed. They are realized after our customer’s approvel.
